Mr. R. Mr. Sudhakar Giridharan, is a Director in our Tax Advisory practice group. Sudhakar is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate. He is a member with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He has significant experience in corporate tax advisory and ideating, structuring and implementing a variety of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions.
His practice areas include handholding funds, investors and promoter group on matters of investment advisory and planning. He has diverse experience handling corporates and promoters in the real estate, auto, pharma, IT / ITES and PE investment sectors for more than 17 years.
